We found the whole concept rather confusing, and not very straightforward nor very efficient, however if you are looking for a tool that helps you with Internet research and managing of search engine results, you may want to give it a try.

Medusa is a tool for finding images, movie-clips or other kinds of files on webpages and downloading them. You start by entering a starting URL and Medusa searches for the filetypes you are interested in on this page and all pages found up to a given depth. If a file has a thumbnail the thumbnail is downloaded and displayed in the Medusa interface, making it easy to choose which files to download. The program has a familiar Explorer-style interface.

The program allows you to preview the images as they are downloaded in real-time. You can sit back and view them as a slide show as they are saved to your PC. ImageGrabDummy also allows you to specify filters in form of domain names and sub strings as well as image extension to limit file downloads. Downloaded images can be deleted from within the program if they do not meet your criteria.
