ritePen is an advanced handwriting recognition software for Windows-based pen-enabled computers. It enables you to write anywhere on the screen and have you handwriting instantly converted into typed text. The program works with any application or dialog and does not require initial learning or training. It works with any handwriting style and recognizes your writing with high accuracy (though occasional errors are inevitable). Other features include support for natural editing gestures, pen macros, easy in-line corrections, custom user dictionaries, and more. ritePen recognizes English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish handwriting.

MarkUp Tools enables you to add marks, images, comments, redline drawing and text to any document. The program uses the Windows XPS document format and if you have the Microsoft XPS printer installed (standard with Vista and 7), you can convert just about any document, including images, to XPS format by simply selecting the XPS printer instead of your default printer. The XPS document can then be loaded into MarkUp Tools and annotated with a variety of editing tools. You can create multiple layers, each containing different annotations, and insert comment boxes, images, arrows, freestyle drawings and more. WizKey makes is easy to insert accented or special characters into any document without having to fiddle with the Windows character map. I allows you to type the most common characters via keyboard shortcuts and provides a pop-up menu for all other option that can be quickly activated by tapping the CTRL key twice. You can also browse or search the entire collection of Unicode characters from the provided character browser and choose to insert characters as HTML entities.

Advanced Find and Replace is exactly what the name implies. This powerful utility lets you perform text searches on your local computer as if you were using an Internet search engine. It features support for operators that allow you to specify phrases, words to insist on (+), and words to ignore (-). You can easily apply file-spec, date, and size filters to speed up the search. It also allows you to replace simple or multiline strings. Specify your search-and-replace strings, and then choose the action you d like to take. You can simply delete the search string, insert text before or after it, or simply replace it. You can apply changes to large groups of files at a time, and use optional confirmation if you need to be more selective. Invoice by Click allows you to create invoices for your customers with just a few clicks, print them, and/or send them by email as PDF attachment. The program allows you to import existing customers from an Excel file, or enter them manually into the database. It also includes an inventory database, as well as options to generate reports and search for data. Invoice by Click comes with a standard invoice design, that can be customized to your preference with the included layout designer. Additional features include data backup, check reports, and options to create receipts, quotes, deposit slips and more. The program has an unsophisticated interface, that is easy to use, even for novice users.

Actual Search and Replace enables you to perform search-and-replace operations across multiple text files. You can search for documents that contain a specified phrase or keywords and then replace, insert or remove text, based on your needs. myPM Merge enables you to batch generate merged MS Word Documents and MS Excel Workbooks. Once you have created a document template, you can import merge fields from an Access database or and Excel Workbook and then create a merge map to match the database fields with the variables (bookmarks) in the document template. The program will then insert the database values into the designated field and generate a series of customized documents for you that can be saved as individual files (.doc) or sent to the printer as they are generated. Other features include merge filters and support for hyperlinks.

The program adapts to your spelling style and can automatically correct frequent typos for you, as it becomes smarter with use. As-U-Type Speller works with any program that supports typing, including emails, word processors, instant messengers, and even web forms in any browser. You can customize the spelling in various ways, and also disable the automatic spell check for selected programs if needed.

OpenCV enables you to easily create resumes, using a variety of templates. You can simply input your information, using form boxes for each section of the resume, and then generate the complete resume. You can choose to exclude selected sections, or switch between design templates without having to re-enter your information. The finished resume can be emailed, uploaded via FTP, printed, or exported to MS Word, HTML, XML or text.

CapsWiz was created to make dealing with the CapsLock, NumLock, and ScrollLock keys easier. It can be configured to automatically turn on or off any of these keys depending on which program or window is currently used by you. For example, it could turn off Caps Lock when you switch to your word processor, and turn on CapsLock when you switch over to a database entry screen. Since CapsWiz keeps track of the open window names (not just the application names), you could even configure unique Caps/Num Lock settings for different option windows in the same application. Transcription Helper is a simple program that can help you transcribe your audio or video recordings into typed text. You can load most popular media files and start/stop the playback with keyboard hotkeys while you are tying the text into the small typing window. The program automatically generates time stamps, allowing you to quickly jump to the exact location within the recording in order to edit or review a segment. The finished transcription can be saved as text file or copied to the clipboard to further edit it with other programs.
