If you prefer pretty and simple, give it a try; if you need powerful features, look elsewhere.

Furthermore, the program includes a variety of common IE and Windows tweaks, as well as an option to create virtual drives, hide existing drives, change the OEM logo and computer access to selected programs. Features are mostly basic but plentiful.

The interface resembles a real-life organizer with flipping pages, tabbed sections, daily, weekly and monthly views, and more. The program also includes some additional gadgets such as a built-in calculator, MP3 player, world map display and a memory game. Overall, Noto Personal Organizer provides a stylish interface with lots of eye candy, but falls short of functionality, as it lacks many of the features found in other organizers. If all you need is a basic organizer, give it a try.

The program comes with a sample database that helps you understand how it works, however we found it rather complicated to use and you should probably have some basic database understandings in order to get started.

The program supports multiple users (password protected), each can have his/her own contacts and maintain them from the within the same program. The program supports all the standard contact information, as well as optional pictures, and includes a word processor for rich text editing of the diary and note entries. SuperCool PIM also includes a print feature that allows you to print all or selected contact information, as well as envelopes. Additional features include database search, backup, import of existing contacts (CSV, Vcard), user defined categories, and mass mailing to multiple contacts in the database.

You can maintain multiple categories, for example an address book, an inventory catalog etc. The program makes a good and inexpensive solution to create a basic, but completely customized data storage solution.

RightNote is a personal note organizer and information manager that allows you to store, collect and organize different types of information in a password protected database. It offers a tabbed interface that provides Text/HTML based and spreadsheet-like storage pages for your different categories. The program supports rich text editing, pasting of HTML code and import/export to and from various formats.
VIP Organizer
VIP Organizer is a simple task manager that allows you to create tasks and track their process. You can also set visual or audible reminders for each item and organize the tasks into custom categories. Additional features include priority assignment, percentage completed and task notes. Unlike the name may indicate, this is not an organizer, but limited to basic task management.
NoteFrog
NoteFrog is an easy to use personal information manager that enables you to store your notes, text clippings, recipes, ideas or any other free-form information. The program supports plain and formatted text, as well as clickable URLs and image insertion. The items are automatically assigned a title based on the first few words in the note and can also be organized into categories (called `stacks`). Other features include a real-time search option and optional password protection.
4WomenOnly
4WomenOnly is a software system for monitoring for women that allows you to monitor menstrual cycles and maintain and ovulation calendar. It is designed as an aid for for conception or preventing a pregnancy, and also provides tools gender prediction (based on the Chinese calendar) and a due date calculator with detailed birth date statistics. The program provides daily, monthly and 6 month calendar views as well as statistical graphs and daily reminder options. 4WomenOnly supports multiple users and password protections.
