Active Desktop Calendar can be used by a single user, and also supports a multi-user environment.

PIMOne is a personal information manager that includes Contacts, Plan (appointments), Notes and Tasks. Some features include alarms, birthday reminders, email checker, password manager, import of contacts and more. The program comes with a very attractive interface, but lacks most of the functionalities that you would expect from a PIM in this price class. It offers basic calendar functions without weekly or monthly displays and without support for US holidays. If you prefer pretty and simple, give it a try; if you need powerful features, look elsewhere.

The program can also export any document to PDF format, HTML file or rich text format. Overall, we found General Knowledge Base difficult to use, and also rather time consuming since every article needs to entered and referenced manually.

It also includes a personal database to organize notes, contacts and passwords with optional encryption. Furthermore, the program includes a variety of common IE and Windows tweaks, as well as an option to create virtual drives, hide existing drives, change the OEM logo and computer access to selected programs. Features are mostly basic but plentiful.
