DiaryOne enables you to maintain a secure personal diary, using a stylish interface and full support for rich text, images, multimedia and attachments. The diary can be password protected and customized in design. It offers different stationeries and emoticons to choose from, as well as a clipart library from where you can drag and drop icons, images or illustrations into your diary pages. The program also comes with a built-in recorder, that allows you to easily create voice diary entries. Additional features include diary search, favorite entries, built-in calendar, backup, import/export, spell checker and more.
Active Desktop Calendar
Active Desktop Calendar is a fully customizable PIM, that is displayed as your desktop wallpaper, providing a direct click user interface. You can customize it by changing calendar icons, fonts and colors. The calendar supports notes (normal, private, invisible), tasks, alarms, data export-import and comes with its own screen saver. Active Desktop Calendar can be used by a single user, and also supports a multi-user environment.

Calendarscope is a full-featured calendar program for planning, managing, and scheduling appointments, meetings, birthdays, vacations, important dates, and special events. It allows you to view all your events in a daily, weekly, or monthly overview. You can easily create reminders with customizable fonts, colors, and sounds, as well as web URLs and email addresses. You can also create single or recurring events, color-code different event types, set reminders for upcoming events, and more. A handy Drag and drop feature allows you to easily reschedule an event, or change its duration by simply dragging it into the new position (time). The calendar can be printed on paper, published to HTML and synchronized with your Palm OS or Pocket PC handheld device. Additional features include strong encryption algorithms and network security. Calendarscope is easy to use and comes with an attractive Outlook-style interface. It provides everything you d expect from a calendar program and more, all at a very reasonable price.
VIP Organizer
VIP Organizer is a simple task manager that allows you to create tasks and track their process. You can also set visual or audible reminders for each item and organize the tasks into custom categories. Additional features include priority assignment, percentage completed and task notes. Unlike the name may indicate, this is not an organizer, but limited to basic task management.
WorkTime
WorkTime is a versatile project tracker that surveys the time you spent working with your PC. WorkTime is launched on Windows start and gathers statistics about projects you worked with, programs you run, documents you open, web-sites you visited and time you spent for every of these tasks. WorkTime displays various statistics such as: total working time, working time for a period, time spent running some program, document or user-defined program group (Work, Internet, Games, etc). WorkTime offers Network logging - gathering statistics on network computers, Spy Mode - surveying usage of your computer in completely hidden state. In addition, WorkTime can remind you to take regular breaks to prevent computer-related injuries, has multi-language interface, offers an alarm and countdown clock.
EfficientPIM
EfficientPIM is a personal information manager that keeps track of your appointments, contacts, notes, password and diary entries. It offers most of the standard PIM features such as recurring events, import of holidays, export to HTML, task management and reminders. The included diary offers a word processor interface with support for rich text and images. Other features include a built-in password manager and desktop sticky notes.
AnyNotes
AnyNotes is a personal information manager (PIM) to store text, images, Internet bookmarks and pages, links to files, OLE objects and attached files in a tree-like database of folders and notes. The program uses a triple-paned Explorer-like interface to organize your notes. You can password protect selected notes, print them, search for text, maintain a list of favorites and more. The program can import your browser bookmarks, as well as Outlook data and XML files. Additional features include support for multiple users, integrated backup system, print preview and more.
EssentialPIM Pro
EssentialPIM Pro is a visual appointment and information manager for a multi-user environment, that allows you to organize your daily, weekly or monthly schedule, assign tasks to other users and more. It includes an address book to manage your contacts, as well as tree-style notes manager with support for rich text notes. The address book supports pictures and lets you add/remove fields to customize it for your needs. The schedule provides a very convenient way to mark your appointments in different colors, and allows you to simply drag an appointment to reschedule it. EssentialPIM supports single and recurring events, stored attachments, priority settings, color coded categories, completion indicator and reminder alerts. In addition it can export to HTML, RTF and other formats, and supports password protection with strong encryption. (Additional users require additional license purchases.)
ABIX
ABIX is a multi-functional organizer that allows you to manage agenda, anniversaries, contacts, as well as inventory, budget, memos, recipes and more. It can also print reports, envelopes and calendar pages. The program offers an unsophisticated interface that is easy to use and requires almost no further instructions. Additional features include optional password protection and integrated backup.

Agenda At Once is a personal information manager that combines ToDo list, Appointment Book, Task Scheduler and Notes Keeping in a compact interface. It supports multiple databases, optional password protection, hierarchically organized as tasks and subtasks, percent based tasks completion, drag and drop task scheduling, recurring tasks and more. The scheduler allows you to easily switch between daily, weekly or monthly displays, color code events, assign projects and more.
buzZzReminder
buzZzReminder is a simple application to help you to manage upcoming tasks and appointments. It combines a ToDo list with alarm reminders and a calendar display that indicates task for the entire month. The program provides a compact interface with a variety of skins to choose from. Good if you are looking for a simple task and ToDo manager with basic features.
General Knowledge Base
General Knowledge Base allows you to create a personal Knowledge Base of documents, information and data in order to keep them organized and make it easier to find relevant information. You can create articles in a familiar Word-like interface and add them to the categories of your choice, add keywords, password protect them and more. The program can also export any document to PDF format, HTML file or rich text format. Overall, we found General Knowledge Base difficult to use, and also rather time consuming since every article needs to entered and referenced manually.
SoftCAT
SoftCAT is a database application designed to help you organize your software and keep track of important information like serial number, registration name, and other registration information. You can password protect your database and us the backup function to create backup copies of your valuable data. SoftCAT comes with a sample database to get you started. The application data must be entered manually by the user.
AfterHour
AfterHour is a simple time tracking tool that allows you to record the time you spent on different projects. It can be combined with a ToDo list of items assigned to each project allowing you to manage and track your projects at the same time. The program can also calculate your overtime based on your daily work hour settings. Other features allow you to transfer time between ToDo items, manually add time to a task and more.
Lady`s Calendar
Lady`s Calendar is a calendar, specifically designed for women. It allows you to track menstruation cycles, temperature and pill regiments and automatically calculates fertility periods in order to plan or avoid pregnancy. The program can be customized based on your personal cycle and luteal phase and also password protected for privacy. Lady`s Calendar also includes a simple reminder option for appointments as well as temperature statistics.
DayMate
DayMate is a flexible day planner that allows you to manage all your tasks and appointments. It also includes options to set reminders with optional alarms and/or email notifications that can help you remember upcoming anniversaries, birthdays, meetings and other important events. DayMate can alert you via pop-up message (with Snooze option), alarm sound and email message. In addition to alarms and reminders, the program can also perform some routing computing tasks like launching a website, checking your email, synchronizing your system time or shutting down your PC at a specified time or schedule. DayMate provides daily, weekly and yearly calendar views and can optionally print the current view as nicely formatted calendar page.
Noto Personal Organizer
Noto Personal Organizer is a virtual organizer that enables you to keep track of your schedule, notes, To-Do items, projects, addresses and more. The interface resembles a real-life organizer with flipping pages, tabbed sections, daily, weekly and monthly views, and more. The program also includes some additional gadgets such as a built-in calculator, MP3 player, world map display and a memory game. Overall, Noto Personal Organizer provides a stylish interface with lots of eye candy, but falls short of functionality, as it lacks many of the features found in other organizers. If all you need is a basic organizer, give it a try.

TimePanic is an easy-to-use personal time tracking tool for computer-based workplaces. It can record your daily working times, categorized by projects that you are working on and generate daily or long-term reports. It can also help you to calculates overtime and creates project reports that can be used for client billing as each work type can be marked as chargeable or not. The program comes loaded with many common work types, such as Customer Care, , Technical Meeting, Chat, Web Surfing (private/business) and many others. You can choose the ones that match your environment or create new ones. TimePanic also supports projects and allows you to assign any work type to a specific project as well as a contact, using the built-in contacts database. Easy to use, yet quite flexible and can be easily customized.

The Calendar Planner offers daily, weekly, monthly and multi-month displays, as well as custom filters and scalable day views. Other features include calendar printouts, reminders and more.

PIMOne
PIMOne is a personal information manager that includes Contacts, Plan (appointments), Notes and Tasks. Some features include alarms, birthday reminders, email checker, password manager, import of contacts and more. The program comes with a very attractive interface, but lacks most of the functionalities that you would expect from a PIM in this price class. It offers basic calendar functions without weekly or monthly displays and without support for US holidays. If you prefer pretty and simple, give it a try; if you need powerful features, look elsewhere.
ContactCopy
ContactCopy makes it easy to add contact information from any document or webpage and add it to Outlook, Excel, Microsoft CRM, Lotus Notes or Palm Desktop. The program features and advanced parsing engine that automatically scans the selected text for contact information and properly formats it so it can be added to your contacts database.
