IP-Tools supports multitask operations, so you can use several (or all) utilities at the same time.

LAN Spider can scan hidden resources and automatically login to restricted shares, using the provided login information. It allows Systems Administrators to gather information from all machines in the network without installing server-side applications on these computers and allows you to view, store and compare the received data. You can select from a variety of items to be scanned, including installed applications, hotfixes, hardware resources, OS information, computer information and more. The results are very in depth, however they are displayed in individual windows for each scan and can be very hard to manage if you included many items.

MyLanViewer is a simple LAN scanner for your home network. It displays your network computers an easy to read, buddy-list style window that provides the machine names, IP addresses, MAC addresses and other technical details for each computer. You can also view and access shared folders, terminate user sessions and disable shared resources.

Professional Look at Net is a suite of tools for network administrators that includes a net scanner, port scanner and a packets sniffer that does not require WinPCap. The packet sniffer supports basic filtering features as well as automatic saving to a capture file. The registered version of the software can be used in portable mode and run from a USB drive without installation.

P-Ping Tools is an administrative network scanner that allows you to scan TCP/UDP ports to see if they are in use. You can scan a single IP address or multiple and also log the results to a text file. The program allows you to scan a single port or all of them, as well as scanning for popular services on an IP range. Overall very basic features and poorly documented.
