Global Network Inventory is a software and hardware inventory system that can be used as an audit scanner in an agent-free and zero deployment environments. It can audit remote workstations and network appliances, including network printers, hubs and other devices. The program requires only administrative access rights if used for on-demand auditing, and it can also be deployed as an agent to perform regular audits initiated through the domain login script. You can scan computers by IP range or domain or based on a host file and fully customize the items to be audited. The available auditing options include various system information groups, installed software, services, user lists, shares, startup programs and much more. Global Network Inventory can export the scan results to HTML, XML, Microsoft Excel, or text formats, and also send reports via email. The price includes a license for up to 25 IP addresses, extra licenses to cover additional addresses can be purchased at any time if required.
Advanced Host Monitor Enterprise
Advanced Host Monitor is a system management tool that can monitor hundreds or thousands of servers or network devices using 60 different test methods, including ping, retrieve an URL, check the available disk space, check integrity of your files and web site, test your SQL server, and more. If a device does not respond, it can take a pre-defined action that includes sound warning, email notification, pager or mobile phone notification, execute external programs, remote shutdown/reboot and more. In addition program can also generate a log file that can be configured to suit your needs. IDEAL Remote
IDEAL Remote lets you take remote control of your Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista workstations on the network. You can choose between TightVNC or Remote Desktop (Terminal Services) to operate the remote PC as if sitting in front of it. LogMeister is a universal log reader with customizable monitoring and notification features. LanHelper
LanHelper is a network information scanner, that includes Wake-On-LAN and remote commands to control network machines. It can automatically enumerate your network and gather information including Shares, MAC address, online status, operating system and more. You are provided with options to access the machines , send network messages, reboot the machine, map network drives, exportto XML and more. The remote command execution can also be scheduled, which allows you to perform various administrative tasks automatically. It includes several pre-configured system commands, and you can also use normal command line execution. LanHelper does not require any client installations, however the $Admin share needs to be present and you must have proper access privileges to use the remote execution features.
SmartCode VNC Manager
SmartCode VNC Manager (Enterprise Edition) is a remote administration and monitoring software that enables you manage all your remote environments from a single interface. It supports VNC (RealVNC, UltraVNC and TightVNC), Windows Terminal Server and Microsoft Virtual Server, and provides an integrated viewer to quickly switch between multiple open sessions. A built-in scanner can automatically scan your network for available VNC/RDP servers and add them to a list for quick access. LANState
LANState is a visual network manager that allows you to create an interactive map of your network and monitor the status of all connected devices in real-time. LANState monitors shared resources, traffic, and notifies you on miscellaneous events. QueryShark
QueryShark is a tool for network administrators to collect system information from your Windows network machines. The program uses WMI access and does not require the installation of any agents (proper configuration and access rights required). You can choose from a variety of query templates that enable you to retrieve different types of system data in real-time, including hardware info, performance data, disk information and many other details. You can create, modify, save and export query information and create custom queries to quickly retrieve the information you are interested in.
EMCO Network Inventory
EMCO Network Inventory is a tool to perform fast and comprehensive PC hardware inventory and software audits. It offers different methods to scan your entire network for all available machines and domains and can retrieve detailed information on each machine for both hardware and software components. Machines that have been scanned and cataloged can be marked for Auto-Update and new machines on the network can be detected automatically. The scan results can be exported to several formats, including Excel, Access, Html,Pdf, Jpg and others. Additional features include the option to create custom scan criteria, scanning for password protected screensaver and auto-logon usage, scanning for certain file extensions, registry values and much more. EMCO Network Inventory fully supports remote auditing, but also includes a NT/Win9x logon script stub to audit machines, if that method is preferred.
NetShareWatcher
NetShareWatcher monitor network shares and folder permissions and alerts you every time a user changes the ACL of a share to a group that violates your access policy (e.g changing ACL to `Everyone`). If a change is detected that matches your rules, it can automatically disable the share, send an email or network message message or alert you from the system tray.

Ideal Migration provides reliable migration to from NT to Windows 2000 (and vice versa) and manages your Windows 2000 domain consolidation. After an initial configuration, it automates most of the process and manages the transfer of all required objects including user account passwords, Terminal Server properties, file and directory permissions, printers etc. It supports selective migration, so you can choose which shares and user accounts should be migrated. DeviceLock Plug and Play Auditor
DeviceLock Plug and Play Auditor enables network administrators to view all USB, Firewire and and PCMCIA devices that are connected on the network. It display the result in a tree-style or list view along with details for each device, including the type, class, device ID and more. The list can be saved or exported as text or comma delimited file. You can select computers for auditing from the Network Neighborhood, an LDAP tree or load a list of IP addresses. DeviceLock Plug and Play Auditor requires administrative access, as well as remote registry service, server service and File sharing enables on the remote machines.
System Monitoring Protocol
System Monitoring Protocol allows you to track hardware and software installed on computers on the network (that have the supplied client application installed). You can examine installed hardware devices and software programs, track hardware modifications and more. In addition, the program provides a way to exchange messages, view the remote desktop, run applications and transfer files. You can create reports of installed hardware and software as well as statistical data across all machines. System Monitoring Protocol provides internal viewers for remote software and configurations, however reports and statistics can only be exported to CSV, tab delimited or HTML file. The price is based on 10 licenses. The product is priced at $19 per client machine.
OidView Pro MIB Browser
OidView Pro MIB Browser is a software for SNMP Agent analysis and administration that supports SNMPv1, SNMPv2c, and SNMPv3. It comes with a variety of tools, including MIB Browser, MIB Compiler, SNMP Trap Receiver, OID Poller/Graph Utility, SNMP PDU Trace, Interface (IGRID) tool, Entity-MIB Mapper, and a CISCO CLASS-BASED-QOS-MIB (Quality of Service) Browser. EMCO RunAs Professional
EMCO RunAs Professional enables network administrators to run applications with specified access levels on different nodes of a LAN. The program automatically enumerates the network and lets you select the machines that to process, the program(s) to run along with the access level to execute those applications on the remote machines. In addition, EMCO RunAs Professional has the ability to scan available machines on a network and collect hardware and software information including detailed information about processors, network adapters, processors and memory banks.
EMCO Remote ShortCut Manager
EMCO Remote ShortCut Manager allows administrators to create and deploy shortcuts to remote machines on the network. You can select from many different standard locations to paste the shortcut, for example Desktop, StartMenu, Favorites etc. The remote shortcuts can be created via registry entry or by copying a shortcut file to the specified location. You can also copy an entire directory of shortcuts, using the Directory Copy option. Remote ShortCut Manager can automatically enumerate all machine on the network and allows you to process selected ones by simply dragging them into the queue.
EMCO Remote Shutdown Pro
Emco Remote ShutDown Professional is a networking tool that allows you to shut down, log-off, reboot or power-off all or selected machines on a network. It offers one-click enumeration of machines with and also supports manual addition by name or via IP-Range. To shut down computers, you can simply drag the selected machines to the Machine Queue. You can also retrieve system information from the remote machines and filter the machines to be shutdown based on that information. The Shutdown Jobs can be saved and scheduled to be repeated on an hourly, weekly or monthly schedule. Additional features include optional install of a service and shutdown message.
EMCO RemoteAudit
RemoteAudit collects information about installed software from an NT Network to a database. It includes an UPDATE function with date selection as well as a FETCH NEW function that detects all computers added to the Network. RemoteAudit runs from a workstation without any clients or services installed on the remote computers. It is a read-only operation nothing is written until the collected data is exported. Using the " Custom Scan Database" feature, you can add file names or a registry location of programs that you want to add to the list of installed software ( in addition to what you see listed in Add/Remove applet). The File version scan allows you to use system variables in the path. Information collected from the remote machines includes Domain/Workgroup,Computer Name,Computer Description, Operating System (Version, Build, Service pack, Prod. ID), Last Logged on User, IP Address, Type of computer (Desktop, Laptop, Server), Total Physical Memory, Processor (Speed, Type), Scan Date and depending on (WMI) Hardware serial number, Monitor type and Vendor.
EMCO Remote Registry Merge
Remote Registry Merge allows you to Import/Merge any registry file (.reg) to remote computers on a NT Networks under administrator privilege. The program can automatically enumerate all computers on the LAN and you can simply drag the ones to process into the action queue. You can also scan remote computers for detail informations, such as Installed Application, Service Packs, manage multiple registry files, filter by machine criteria and more.
EMCO Network Malware Cleaner
EMCO Network Malware Cleaner can scan your entire network for the presence of of various worms, Trojans and Adware installations, as well as scanning for any Peer to Peer software installed in your network. It can also verify whether the machine has anti-virus protection installed locally. If any malware is found, the program can silently clean and remove the infection. The current version supports about 4000+ threats, however does not provide any information that explains why it considers detected items to be malware or spyware. Scanning of machines requires administrative access, and may also require additional configuration changes if XP SP2 is installed on the remote machine(s).
