AutoReply is an email auto-responder application, that sends pre-written responses to your incoming e-mail automatically. You can optionally limit the responders to certain senders, receivers or subject lines and also limit the replies to the same sender, so they will not receive multiple auto-responders in the same day, week etc. AutoReply can be very useful to provide information about your business, to confirm messages, to send vacation messages and many other things. It supports multiple email accounts, SMTP authorization, automated processing, custom reply templates and more.

Smart Email Verifier lets you check a list of email addresses to determine which email addresses are valid and which are not. It offers 3 levels of checking; syntax checking, DNS Zone and SMTP mail server verification. You can enter email addresses manually, check a single address or import them from an ODBC source or the Windows Address Book (WAB). When importing from an ODBC source, you can select the column names and also limit the import by row numbers. In addition, the program supports popular file formats including Excel, Text (.CSV), Word and others, which can be imported via ODBC drivers (if installed). It does not support direct import of text based files. Additional features include verification scheduling, custom validation rules and session based verification, which allows you to check only email addresses that have not been validated within the past X days.

Mail REDirect (MRED) is an email routing utility that allows you to retrieve mail from POP3 mailboxes and distribute this mail to one or multiple destination addresses by SMTP. Downloaded mail can be redirected to MS Exchange Server. This program can be used to download messages from multiple mailboxes and reroute this mail to one mailbox on your choice. This can be useful if you don t want (or don t have enough time) to check many mailboxes. You can tune MRED to distribute messages to multiple destination addresses. You need to send message only to one address and MRED takes care about this message distribution automatically. MRED works safe, and keeps all original messages headers! MRED may inform Postmaster or your network administrator about all delivery problems! All undelivered messages can be saved into separate folder to be delivered later manually.

Advanced Email Parser (AEP) is an email data extraction utility. It can help you build and maintain automatic order form processing systems or intellectual email answering machines, auto-responders, filter spam or anything else than can be triggered by an email . The program comes with a user-friendly visual editor and tools for debugging processing algorithm. It can also be used to extract and collate data from the message body and is ideal for processing messages where the text layout is known (e.g. web forms). Messages can be filtered on any of the header fields (or a combination of them). Additional fields (including X-headers) can be added to the filtering process if required. Data extracted from the message body can be written to a file or used to compose an outgoing message. Responses possible include, forwarding the message, sending a new message (with or without an attachment) and deleting the message. You can also run an external program to process the incoming message. In addition it will also reject or accept mail from specified addresses, domains etc.

eMail Bounce Handler scans your POP3 account(s) and recognizes bounced emails. It can extract the email addresses, add them to a list, and optionally remove the bounced mail from the server.The program comes pre-configured with a list of rules that detects most common bounces, and you can add or change the rules to fit your needs. The list can then be exported to a plain text list. Currently only one export format is supported (one email per line).
