The most popular log analyzer in the world. Analog is a powerful server log analyzer that runs on a Windows machine (other OS available from home page). It provides very fast, efficient and detailed statistics about the usage on your web server. It tells you which pages are most popular, which countries people are visiting from, which sites they tried to follow broken links from, and all sorts of other useful information. Analog does not provide a GUI (graphical user interface), please read through the documentation provided to learn how to use it. Once you are familiar with it (fairly easy) it s a snap to use. Analog is suitable and has been tested with many heavy traffic sites.

WebLog Expert Lite is a web server log analyzer, that will provide you with basic information about your sites visitors, including activity statistics, file access statistics, information about referring pages, search engines, browsers, operating systems, errors, and more. The program generates nice looking HTML-based reports with tables and charts. It supports log files from Apache and IIS servers and can read GZ and ZIP compressed logs. The lite version is free to keep, however it only provides a limited amount of reports - an optional Pro version is available. The free version however should be sufficient for most personal web sites and provides a nice overview of general traffic activity.

Webalizer Win32 is the Windows version of the popular Webalizer log analyzer. It produces nicely formatted results, including colored statistical graphs in record time. We tested Webalizer with a 500mb IIS5 log file and processed an full, enhanced report in under 2 minutes! The program can be configured via a documented config file or using command line parameters as well. One of Webalizers big advantage is that it can keep long term statistics for up to a year, without having to re-process your old log files each time. The report features include all of the most common statistics, including referrers, traffic by day, hour, month and a lot more. It can also perform reverse DNS lookups and offers many options to include/exclude data in the reports. Webalizer is a commandline tool - there is no interface, except for the generated report files.

Report Magic for Analog is an add-on for Analog, logfile analysis program. With Report Magic for Analog, you can make great looking reports from the analysis of your logfiles. Report Magic is easy to use and understand. You set a handful of settings, including telling Report Magic where to find your Analog data and where to put your reports and in a matter of seconds you ll have great looking website statistics reports with graphs, descriptions and easy-to-read tables. Report Magic is also very powerful, with advanced options and customization available to sites that want to use it.

AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite allows webmasters to quickly generate a basic report from the server log file(s). It includes general access statistics, as well as report for visited pages, referring sites, traffic flow, search phrases and more. The reports are presented in an easy to read browser display.

Xlogan is an easy-to-use web server log file analyzer that works with Apache-format log files (NCSA combined format or Common Log Format). It can process log files locally and also allows you to download them, using the integrated FTP browser. The reports are basic, but allow you to easily find out where your visitors come from and what pages they are looking at. Xlogan also reports visitor numbers and countries, browsers, file downloads, referring sites and search engines with search keywords. Supports .gz compressed files.

IIS Logfile Analyser is a simple and easy to use tool to find out how many unique visitors you ve had on your IIS web server. It scans the log file, counts IP addresses and does a reverse DNS lookup on them. In addition, IIS Logfile Reader can also filter the logfiles for "actual" visitors and ignore all lines in the logfile that where created by other computers infected with "code red" for example. You ll need access to your raw server log file in order to use this tool.

Golden Phrases is an web server access log analyzer, specialized to analyze search phrases used by the user to find your pages. It scans a specified log files, retrieve all search phrases and organizes them by position, hits and score. The results can be ordered by each column and also filtered by keyword. The program currently supports only search queries sent from the Google search engine.
