MRU-Blaster
MRU-Blaster is a privacy cleaning tool that scans your computer for MRU (most recently used) entries, cookies and Internet cache files and offers to remove them. MRU entries are left by almost any software, they are used to allow you to access recently used files, documents etc. While they are convenient for most users, they can also reveal details of what you ve been doing, what documents you have worked on etc. For those that would rather not keep this information accessible, MRU-Blaster will do the job. It can detect more than 30,000 MRU items and quickly scans your system, then presents you with a list. Additional features include cookie cleaning (with exclude option), secure file deletion, index.dat file deletion and more.
ShellExView

ShellExView lets you view all installed shell extensions. If available, it displays the description, as well as version details, company information, location, file name and more. You can optionally disable/enable any item, which can be very useful to disable an extension, that you don t need or that has been left behind in your right click menu from a previous software install.
Rainbow Folders
Rainbow Folders allows you to change the color of selected folder icons. You can use it to navigate your files more efficiently by setting specific colors for important folders, so they are easy to spot in Windows Explorer, open/save dialogs and anywhere else in the file system. In addition, you can also set an extra warning when someone is trying to delete colorized folder. The program works by modifying the desktop.ini file, so it does not have to be kept running all the time - only add or remove colors from folders.
Dependency Walker
Dependency Walker is a free utility that scans any 32-bit or 64-bit Windows module (exe, dll, ocx, sys, etc.) and builds a hierarchical tree diagram of all dependent modules. For each module found, it lists all the functions that are exported by that module, and which of those functions are actually being called by other modules. Another view displays the minimum set of required files, along with detailed information about each file including a full path to the file, base address, version numbers, machine type, debug information, and more. Aimed at advanced users!
FileAlyzer
FileAlyzer allows advanced users to take a detailed look at file specific information, including resources, version info, and much more. It also provides a hex dump of the file content, calculates MD5 and CRC-32 sums and offers format specific previews (HTML preview, Archive preview, INI content and more). FileAlyzer integrates into the Explorer right-click menu and offers a superior alternative to the standard Windows file property dialog.
ID-Blaster Plus
ID-Blaster Plus allows you to edit Windows Product ID or UserID numbers. Since these numbers are unique for each PC, they could potentially be used to track computer activity or associate a computer with a particular person (even though their actual intent is quiet different). ID-Blaster Plus works by changing these ID numbers frequently, destroying potential tracking tactics using these numbers. ID-Blaster can run from the system tray, using up very little resources, and constantly protect you in the background. Be advised that these numbers may be need for system upgrades or re-installations. Use with caution!

FileTypesMan offers an alternative to the standard Windows file type management options that are provided as part of the Folder Options dialog. It displays all currently registered file type extensions along with detailed information and enables you to easily edit the properties and flags for each, add or remove file types, restore changed file associations, remove obsolete right-click entries and more.
Winuscon

FreeFile
FreeFile is a tool for advanced users, that allows you to find out which process is locking a specified file and lets you free the file by terminating the locking process. This is useful if you are trying to delete or move a file and receive errors like: Access is denied; Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.; There has been a sharing violation; and similar error messages to that matter.
EditHistory
EditHistory is a program that converts regular edit fields into combo boxes and adds a list of your most recently used folders or accessed documents to your Open/Save boxes, so you dont have to search all over the place for them. EditHistory also remembers the text you typed in other edit boxes, makes it available from the drop-down list. The parameters for each edit field can be changed and customized. You can control what is stored and how it is organized. The program can be trained for specific programs, and can be configured to not come up with other programs. An optional interactive mode can prompt you each time an edit box is used, allowing you to enable history for it or not.
Faber Toys
Faber Toys is a system utility, mainly developed for power users who want to know what s going on in their Personal Computer. It may also be used by programmers as a tool for tracking their application. It provides a list of all running processes and also a list of all modules loaded by a process. For each running process, Faber Toys can display the number of threads, priority, version, description as well as the parent process. It also shows the shows the date, size, ActiveX status, version and description of each loaded module. You can chose to kill selected processes or also change their priority. Additional features include filtering, application aliasing, detailed file examination, HTML reports and much more. A great tool for power users.
pserv.cpl
pserv.cpl is a Windows NT/2000 Control Panel Applet that allows you to control all NT/2000 services and adds some additional functionality, that the standard services applet does not offer. You can also connect to remote machines, install new services, remove invalid entries and more. The program offers a simple, color code display, that allows you to quickly identify which services are running, stopped or invalid. Items can also be exported to HTML, XML and clipboard.
FolderBox
FolderBox is a Windows explorer extension, that displays additional folders in the lower part of Explorer, which enables your to open two folders at once. You can set-up and configure up to five FolderBoxes over the tab sheets of the FolderBox extension. Additional drives and folders are now just a mouse click away. You can even use FolderBox inside Internet Explorer!
CopyToXP
copyToX is a registry tweak to add a useful tweak to Windows XP and 2k that allow you to copy or move multiple files to any directory, and even create directories on the fly. The file is in format of a .reg (registry entry) that will add those options to the menu. Just run the .reg file and check your right click menu when you click on a file. Simple but handy!
The Wonderful Icon
The Wonderful Icon is a small program that adds a single icon to your system tray, from which you can perform dozens of very useful functions. You can minimize any program or folder to the system tray, bounce windows to the edges of the screen, set windows to be on-top, adjust the volume, empty the recycle bin, start your screensaver... you name it! The program comes with a large selection of pre-configured actions from which you can easily build a custom tray icon menu that includes all the functions you want to use. In addition, The Wonderful Icon can also act as a hotkey launcher to start applications, adjust your volume, emulate keyboard and mouse actions and much more.
Stream Explorer
Stream Explorer allows you to view the content of additional data streams for files under 2000/XP. Under Windows 2000/XP, files can contain additional streams, which often contain data in regards to properties, hard link information, object identifiers etc. The additional streams are created for example when you are using the Summary tab and add additional information to a file (author, comments etc). When you copy a file that contains additional streams to a non-NTFS volume, you will receive a warning in regards to Stream Loss, since FAT volumes (Win 95, 98 etc) do not support these additional data streams. You can use Stream Explorer to view the stream data and find out what will be lost if you copy the file.
ServiWin
ServiWin displays a list of all installed drivers and services, along with their status, startup type, file version and other details of interest. You can also control the status by starting stopping or restarting a selected item, or change the startup type. If needed, ServiWin can generate a HTML report for all services and/or drivers, along with their current status and specifications.
BackgroundCMD
BackgroundCMD is a command prompt shell extension that enables you to launch a command prompt from within any folder you are currently browsing. The program is similar to the Microsoft Powertoy `Open Command Window Here`, the difference however is that it allows you to access the CMD from the folder you are currently browsing and does not require you to right-click on the actual folder icon, which often requires you to leave the current directory. BackgroundCMD eliminates this extra step and provides direct access to the command prompt from the Explorer right-click menu.
