EFTP (Encrypted File Transfer Protocol) is a client/server application, that offers the same functionality as standard FTP, but with encryption. It uses a combination of Public Key encryption and Symmetric Key encryption to allow fast and secure transfers over any TCP/IP network, including the Internet. EFTP offers an easy to use graphical interface with user management, user groups, group administration and more. The server can be run as a strictly encrypted server, or like a regular FTP server that allows connections from standard FTP clients as well. A small, standalone client is included with the download, that can be used to initiate a secure connection to EFTP obtain the most secure level of data transfer. EFTP also includes several advanced features like IP restrictions, logging, banned user list and more.

Cerberus FTP Server is a multi-threaded Windows FTP server that is designed to use little CPU and memory. It comes with an easy to use interface and can be accessed from the system tray. The server is able to listen for connections on multiple interfaces (Multi-homed PCs), resume failed transfers and offers an easy-to-use manager for controlling user access to files and file operations. Connections limit and timeout and IP access can be controlled by the administrator as well as thread priority settings. In addition, Cerberus FTP Server supports secure SSLv3/TLSv1 encryption, IP security and offers statistics on connections as well as logging abilities. The server adheres to to RFC959 and RFC1123. Quick `n Easy FTP Server Lite is a standalone, multi-threaded FTP server that offers advanced features and security. The interface is simple and intuitive, with organized sections for managing users, configuration and security settings. It supports all basic FTP commands as well as virtual directories, IP blocking, server statistics and remote administration. The server can be easily set up by inexperienced users, but also offers advanced administration options.

zFTPServer Suite is a user friendly and easy to use FTP server, that allows you to run your own file sharing or download service from your home PC. It offers all the standard FTP features, as well as support for SSL/TLS, transfer limits, real-time monitoring, virtual directories, user groups and more. You can also kick a selected user, monitor selected user activity, and set per-user restrictions for logins, transfer limits and speed limits. Additional features include statistics, support for passive connections and customizable logging.

Home Ftp Server is an easy to use FTP server, intended for personal usage, that allows you to share files directly from your PC. You can set up user accounts, specify directory permissions and monitor access to individual files. It supports virtual directories, banned IP addresses and offers a web based administration interface that lets you add users and view current statistics.

FileZilla Server is a full featured FTP server with support for secure SSL/TLS connections, IP security, anti-FXP options, per-user speed limits, user groups and MODE-Z compression. It provides a plain, but easy to use interface that can be installed as Windows service. FileZilla Server is open source software and does not provide any documentation, however if you are familiar with FTP server operations, it should not be needed.

SilverSHielD is an easy to use SSH(2) and SFTP server that supports three different authentication types: password, public key and keyboard interactive authentication. Additional security features include forced delays for new connections, IP access control and automatic IP address blocking for multiple, unsuccessful login attempts. The SilverSHielD console can be accessed from the local computer or remotely via a secure connection. The free version is limited to one concurrent connection, you can create multiple user accounts, but they cannot be connected at the same time. Useful to securely access your local files from a remote computer.
