URLy Warning
URLy Warning allows you to be notified when specified web pages are updated or changed, and provides a browser display that marks the newly added and/or removed items. You can chose to be notified via popup alert, email/pager message and in addition, the tray icon will notify you if changes were detected. The program allows you to set a minimum change requirement, and also limit the change to a section of a page (between two keywords). Supports HTTP Authentication.

Proxy support, with authentication and importing of IE favorites and Netscape bookmarks. A nice little tool that runs in the system tray, is lightweight and easy to use.
OutPosted
OutPosted is an easy-to-use tool that enables you to monitor web pages for changes, and have them emailed to you when they are updated. It offers several different options, that allow you to fine-tune the monitoring results (e.g some changes, many changes, any changes etc.) on a per-site basis. The notification is sent as formatted HTML message that contains the complete, updated version monitored page. The program supports IE cookies, SMTP authentication and customizable check intervals.
SiteUp
SiteUp enables you to monitor your website and make sure that it is online and operational. You can specify one or more URLs along with a keyword that needs to appear within the page, and the program will notify via system tray message or pop-up alert when the site(s) become unavailable. Easy to use, suitable for simple home page monitoring.
netChimes
netChimes is a hybrid of a webcounter and an instant messenger. It receives messages from your web server whenever a user accesses a netChimes-enabled page and plays a notification sound on your desktop. The small messenger window also displays a total count for each monitored page. You can create a different alert for every page that is monitored and also set it up to notify you of image or file downloads. netChimes requires a PHP enabled site. The script files are generated automatically and can easily be uploaded via drag and drop to your FTP client.
