foobar2000 is a bare bones media player for MP3, WAV, OGG and other media formats. It comes without any bells and whistles, in fact the interface looks like a plain old Windows folder. However, under the hood, the program offers quite a few features, including customizable title formatting, WAV conversion, Equalizer, Resampler, MP3 tag writing, playlists, music album, CD player, drag/drop and more. It also includes all of the standard features like shuffle, random play etc. The program runs in the system tray and uses very few system resources.
