EMDB (Eric`s Movie Database) allows you to organize and catalog your DVD collection. All you have to do is enter the title (or part of it) and the program will import detailed movie information and a cover image from the online IMDB database. You can add personal ratings, customize the details and also track loaned DVDs. EMDB offers a search feature as well as export to text or HTML file and a customizable print option.

Personal Video Database enables you to catalog your movie or DVD collection fast and easily. Simply enter the title of the movie and retrieve the details from online resources, including plot, actors, director and more. You can also download a DVD cover from Amazon and/or load local screenshots and movie covers from your hard drive. The program includes filtering and grouping options as well as an advanced search feature to make it easy to find a specific movie. Other features include loan management, support for local video files, personal ratings, bookmarks, import/export, library statistics and more.

Movienizer is a movie organizer that enables you to keep track of your personal DVD collection. The program can automatically download movie details and photos from several online sources, and auto-fill the description and general information for each title. You can add movies to the database by using the title or the DVD barcode, or by loading a local video file. Movienizer automatically creates a searchable database from the movie details that allows you to filter titles by year, actor, genre, country and other information. Other features include personal ratings, loan manager, built-in media player with snapshot capability, and more.

CW Movie Manager enables you to create a database of your DVD collection by simply entering the UPC code of the DVD. If you own a barcode scanner, you can use it instead of entering the UPCs manually. Based on the UPC code, the program will retrieve movie details and cover images from Amazon.com (US) and automatically categorize your movies by genre, actor and director. Along with the DVD details, the program will also retrieve information for related movie titles that can be purchased from Amazon. Other features include a simple loan manager to keep track of movies loaned to friends, as well as an option export your library to .csv format.

DVD Collector allows you to manage your DVD collection and makes cataloging your existing titles easy by retrieving the information from the Internet whenever available. It allows you to keep very detailed record of your DVDs, including custom online links, cast information, personal ratings, barcodes, and more. You can also scan cover images, IMDB numbers, color coded icons and customize other details. DVD Collector also includes a loan manager and a purchase manager that lets you keep track of purchased DVD tiles as well as the ones that you have loaned to friends. A very nice DVD manager, the only caveat is that the online information retrieval is mostly focused on Region 4 movies.
