Simply drop the images onto the interface and the resizing process will start automatically. Other features include renaming templates, EXIF support and automatic image rotation. Picture Resizer is an image resizing tool, which strongest aspect is the simplicity of it`s use. The program comes as standalone EXE file, that you can place anywhere, and simply drag and drop an image or folder with images onto the application icon to create resized copied of the originals. It only offers a few additional options (sharpening, target size), but uses a quality resizing algorithm that produces good results, suitable for emailing or online publishing. TinyPic maintained an acceptable image quality across all resize operations that we tested. Mostly suitable for resizing images to be sent by email.

Resize is a quick and dirty tool to resize one or more Bitmap or JPEG images. The images can be reduced (or enlarged) by percentage, allowing you to maintain overall proportions. In addition, you can also specify the level of JPEG compression, and view the images with the internal viewer. The program is not much to look at, but very simple to use; the output files are automatically renamed with a small_ prefix, so your original files are not modified at all. Resize is standalone and does not require any installation. It produces high quality output images.

If you frequently use the same image dimensions, you can save the settings and further speed up the process.

Jpeg Enhancer can fix images, that have been damaged by low-quality JPEG compression. If you have a photo that has been compressed at a low quality rate, the details can often appear blurry and smudged as a result of it. Jpeg Enhancer will attempt to fix this and achieve an improved appearance in many cases, however, it will not turn a low quality photo into a high quality one, so keep your expectations at bay. JPEG 2000 Compressor enables you to convert regular JPG or BMP files to the JPEG 2000 format (.jp2), which offers smaller file sizes with better image quality. You can set the level of compression and also compare the before/after results side by side. (In order to view .jp2 files, you will need an image viewer that supports the format.)
