Pivot Stickfigure Animator is a unique software, that allows you to create stick figure animations easily and without any artistic skills. Beneton Movie GIF is a complete GIF editing tool that supports all popular file formats, including BMP, GIF, JPG, and PNG. It allows you to create animations from scratch by importing the frames, dragging them into position, setting frame properties and more. You can also apply a variety of image effects (rotate, color blend, blur and more) as well as animation effects that enables you to generate animated moves, distortions, transition effects and more. The program can be used to create new animation or to load and edit existing GIF files. The results can be exported to animated GIF image or AVI movie. UnFREEz is a tiny tool, that will take any number of images, saved as separate GIF files, and create a single animated GIF from those images. Just drag and drop some GIF files from Windows Explorer, set the frame delay time and have UnFREEz create the animated GIF. Additional features include automatic interlacing and transparency detection.

GifSplitter allows you to split a GIF animation file into individual frames, and save each as BMP file. Useful if you need to extract a still image from an animated GIF file and don`t have an animation editor.
