Random Tagline Manager allows you to add random taglines, or signatures to your outgoing emails. It works with any email program that uses Text/Html/RTF type files for signatures. The program includes over 6500 taglines, and allows you to add your own or to edit the existing ones. Random Tagline Manager comes with many features, that allow you to customize the signature placement, including the current date and more.

Quotes is a fun utility that lets you manage your email signature files, categorize and use quotations in your e-mail. Left-click the system tray icon and see a random quotation drawn from a (customizable) text file database. Right-click and copy the quotation or your signature block with a quotation to the clipboard or a document. You can also run the quotations with a choice of animations as a screen saver, or simply click the icon for an occasional grin. The program includes sample quotation files on bumper sticker slogans, technology, facts, definitions, wisdom, definitions, and business. You can supplement these with more categories or add/delete within the sample file. Additional features include automatic connection to Outlook and/or Outlook Express signatures and a webmail plugin. Quotes can be configured in English, Spanish, German, French, or Dutch.

Kookie Jar is a tool that generates signatures which you may use with your favorite email or news program. Signatures typically include a random quote, or tagline, chosen from a file that you specify (samples are included in program distribution). However, the program will work fine without random quotes, too. Apart from the optional random quote, the program can place many other pieces of information in your signature (for example the title of the song that is currently playing on your CD player). To define the layout of your signature and tell the program what to include in it, you create a special template (sample included).

SmartBee can be used to insert quotes and signatures into your emails or copy them to the clipboard. These quotes are called "cookies", but have nothing to do with browser cookies. SmartBee contains more than one hundred thousands different cookies. Everything from Murphy`s laws, Devil`s Dictionary, myths, jokes, computer mimics, facts, stories, Hacker Jargon File, Deep Thoughts and not to forget - quotes from famous people. The program can automatically generate the cookie signature for most email programs and always add custom information to it, like your name , email address and whatever you would have in a regular signature. This way, you can add constantly changing quotes to your email, without giving up your default signature. You can create your own cookies, specify exclusions based of keywords and more.

SigChanger is a program that automatically inserts and changes your e-mail signature. It uses a textfile (or HTML file), which you can define or create as a base for your signature. You can alter the constant text in your signature, as well as the file with quotes (or whatever kind of text), this means that you can have a "steady" part of the signature as well as a part that is constantly changing, for example using a quote, a tip, a saying, or whatever you prefer. During the installation of SigChanger, a textfile with 101 sayings is automatically installed, ready for use in your signatures, additional files are provided by the author. You can use multiple identities, so for every e-mail address you use can have a different signature. Requires free registration.
